In watching some interviews from Davos (location of the World Economic Forum) I was struck by the diversity of leaders in attendance. They seem to be some of the greatest leaders of our time yet this conference gets very little news coverage. Andrew Forrest from HuffPost live intereviewed several people and we received some interesting responses. There is a huge need for equality of wealth and we recently found out that 85 people in the world have the same wealth as the next 50%. This mis-distribution of wealth seems to be the source of some of our greatest problems. Yet these issues are marginalized in American culture as “outsider” and “soft”. We will seee the implications of these changes but I task you to look at some of these videos and share what you take from this rather uncommon group of current and future leaders.
